Enoidrosan is a powerful chlorine-based cleaner that provides thorough sanitary cleaning in both hot and cold water in a single operation. It penetrates organic deposits, removes them, and disperses them throughout the solution, resulting in rapid cleaning, effective discoloration, and deodorization. Its high percentage of active chlorine, special formulation that ensures slow chlorine release in the presence of organic soiling, and its lack of foaming properties make Enoidrosan one of the most effective and economical sanitizing detergents available today. Enoidrosan solutions prevent the precipitation of water-hardening salts, even in hot water, leaving surfaces sparkling clean after cleaning.

How to use:

0.5 to 5% depending on the desired cleaning intensity. Enoidrosan should be used in cold, lukewarm, or even hot water, by soaking, filling, recycling, spraying, etc., for the time necessary to remove organic deposits and perform its sanitizing action. It is not corrosive to stainless steel, rubber, plastic, or epoxy resins; use with caution on galvanized materials. Do not use it on aluminum or surfaces treated with phenolic resins and nitrocellulose paints. Do not leave static Enoidrosan solutions in contact with stainless steel surfaces for extended periods.

Areas of application:

For cleaning and decolorizing storage and fermentation tanks, concrete, stainless steel, fiberglass, and epoxy resin coatings. For cleaning floors, walls (even those covered in mold), gutters, and drains. For sanitizing bottles by continuous dosing in the penultimate rinse of bottle washing machines (30-40 g/m³ of water). For cleaning, decolorizing, and deodorizing filters, pipes, dispensers, filling machines, and other bottling equipment, as well as the liquid section of pasteurizers.

Formulation compatibility:

Enoidrosan is compatible with most materials commonly found in the food industry when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use on aluminum, copper, galvanized iron, or surfaces treated with phenolic resins. If in doubt, assess each material before use. Avoid prolonged static electricity buildup.

• Sample: 50 ml of washing solution
• Indicator: Phenenophthalene + a few drops of thiosulfate
• Titration reagent: 1 N hydrochloric acid (HCl)
• % (v/v) Enohydrorosane = mL of titrant x 0.87
• % (w/w) Enohydrorosane = mL of titration reagent x 1.176
