High-caustic powdered alkaline detergent

Removil is a highly caustic, alkaline powder formulation with strong wetting and sequestration capabilities, suitable for cleaning heavy soiling in all areas of the food and beverage industry. Removil easily removes stubborn tartrate residues in the wine industry and can be used for washing bottles and barrels in the beverage industry in general. The presence of hardness controllers allows it to work even with water of medium hardness, preventing limescale buildup. Removil also finds applications in sectors where the presence of stubborn contaminants requires special cleaning capabilities, such as for industrial fryers, cooking pots, and in the dairy sector.

Instructions for use:

Use Removil at concentrations ranging from 0.5% to 8%, depending on the degree and type of soiling. Temperatures above 50°C are recommended. Final rinse with potable water until all detergent residue is removed.

Areas of application:

Alkaline cleaning of closed circuits, tanks and pipes, CIP recovery and disposable systems, heat exchangers (pasteurizers, skimmers, evaporators). Alkaline cleaning of wine tanks and reservoirs. Washing of bottles and barrels.

Compatibility with formulations:

Removil is compatible with most materials commonly found in the food industry when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not use on aluminum, copper, galvanized iron, or surfaces treated with phenolic resins. If in doubt, assess each material before use.

Store in the original packaging, away from extreme temperatures.
